Quick Recipe

When i want to cook something quick..here’s what i do

I love adding eggs and lots of veggies in my food. So today for me it was Vegetable fried rice in 5 -15 mins and with all ingredients available in my kitchen 🙂

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice (I already had it ready prepared)
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Capsicum
1 cup Mushroom
Salt & pepper powder as per taste (you can skip pepper powder and add spring onions)
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce

Method:
In a bowl add 2-3 Tbsp of cooking oil or Olive oil. Add chopped onions, with some salt so that we don’t fry them too much. Next, add the Ginger Garlic paste. Then goes in the roughly chopped Carrots, Capsicum (I’ve used 4 different) and Mushrooms. Once you checked and feel the veggies are slightly done, add the Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. If you want you may also add fried eggs in here before you add the sauce. Now, after a good stir, in goes my Rice and then i mix it gently as i do not want it to be mushy. So, just cook it on low flame with the lid closed for about 5 – 10 mins and turn off the heat. Your hot veg fried rice is ready to serve or eat.
